Employer Posting Policy

This policy applies to everyone who submits a job to JobProofed. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Submitting a job means agreeing to it.

Who may post

Jobs may be submitted by the hiring employer, or by a staffing agency or recruiter authorized to advertise the position. By submitting, you confirm you are authorized to represent and advertise the role, and that the information you provide is accurate and describes a real, currently open opportunity.

What every submission must include

  • The employer's real, correctly identified name.
  • A canonical link to the employer-controlled posting the role comes from.
  • The employer's own work-authorization or sponsorship wording, quoted rather than paraphrased.
  • An accurate job title, location and employment type.

Prohibited listings

  • Jobs that do not exist, are no longer open, or are posted to collect applications without a genuine current opening.
  • Misleading or disguised employer identity.
  • Unlawful or discriminatory opportunities.
  • Scams, fee-for-employment schemes, or any request that a candidate pay to apply, train or be hired.
  • Listings posted without authorization from the employer.
  • Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Verification

Every submission is reviewed against its canonical source before anything is published. A submission that cannot be verified is not published. Verification checks the evidence the employer published; it is not an individualized immigration-law determination about any candidate.

Posting credits

A Posting Slot is held when a job is submitted. If the job does not pass verification, the slot is returned. Once a role is verified and published, the credit is consumed.

Unused credits from a purchase may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. For partially used purchases, only the unused value is eligible for refund. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except through an authorized refund.

Removal of listings

JobProofed may remove or unpublish a listing when we determine that it no longer meets our verification, accuracy, safety, or policy requirements. The reasons we use are:

  • No longer available
  • Cannot be verified
  • Materially inaccurate or misleading
  • Policy violation
  • Fraud or unauthorized listing
  • Legal, security or abuse concern
  • Technical or verification error

Removing a listing is a moderation decision on its own. It does not by itself decide whether a posting credit is returned or a payment refunded — those follow the credit and refund rules above.

Reporting a problem with a listing

Anyone can flag an ordinary quality problem — a closed role, a wrong detail, a suspect posting — through Report a listing. Formal legal notices, including copyright, trademark and unauthorized-listing claims, should be sent to legal@jobproofed.com, and should identify the listing, the right being asserted, and how to reach you. You can also reach us through our contact page.

Custom arrangements

Self-service posting is governed by this policy and our Terms of Service. Separately negotiated written agreements are possible for custom or high-volume hiring relationships, and where such an agreement specifically covers a matter, it controls for that matter.
