How approval works
JobProofed reviews who you are and whether posting access should be granted. Requesting access does not guarantee approval and does not speed up review.
Your profile starts the review
Your Company Profile is your own description of your organization. It helps us understand who you are, but on its own it does not approve anything. A reviewer still checks the organization independently.
We check independently
We independently confirm that your organization exists and operates, and that you're authorized to represent it for hiring. This review is not a guarantee that an employer or a job is free of fraud.
Changes may require another review
Material changes to your organization, or new evidence that contradicts what we established, can suspend posting access or require reverification.
Who can request access?
JobProofed v1 posting approval is for someone who works for the hiring organization itself. Agencies, third-party recruiters, PEO/EOR intermediaries, and contractors posting for another employer are not eligible at this time.
